Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

 

Limitation on Time to File Claims

 

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE SERVICE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

 

Changes

 

We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Term sat any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms becoming effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
